Effective July 1, 2018, all corporation biennial reports will be due on the 15th day of the 4th month after the company’s fiscal year end.
Previously, the New Mexico corporation biennial report due date was the 15th day of the 3rd month after the company’s fiscal year end. The new due date calculation will result in extending the original due date by one month for all future filings. For example, if a corporation’s fiscal year ends in March, the New Mexico report would still be due on June 15, 2018. After July 1, 2018, the corporation’s report due date will be recalculated and extended by one month to a new due date of July 15th for the next biennial report filing cycle.
